摘要
针对组合式汽车仪表盘的生产过程繁琐,没有形成完整的检定记录,不利于仪表盘出现问题后的事后追溯,提出基于PCB码数据库关联的以工作流方式进行组合式汽车仪表盘组装和检定的流程控制方法。实验结果表明:每块组合式汽车仪表盘在进入每道工序的检定过程中,采用此方法可以判断该仪表是否按照工作流程进行组装和检定,对正常仪表盘和出现问题的返工仪表盘能够进行流程控制,为出现问题的仪表盘事后追溯提供数据依据。
In view of the tedious production process of the combined automobile dashboard, the lack of a complete verification record, and the adversity to the traceability after dashboard problems occur, this paper proposes a workflow control method for assembly and verification of combined automobile dashboard based on PCB code database association. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can be used to determine whether the instrument is assembled and verified according to the workflow during the verification process of each combined automotive dashboard. It can control the normal dashboard and the reworked problem dashboard, and provide data basis for the traceability of the dashboard after problems occur.
