摘要 随着我国城市轨道交通建设的快速发展,轨道交通专业技术人员面临巨大的缺口,订单培养模式,因为人才培养规格更贴近企业需求,受到众多城市轨道交通企业的欢迎。阐述城市轨道交通订单培养模式的优势,归纳城市轨道交通订单培养模式的组织流程,分析目前城市轨道交通订单培养中存在的问题,提出通过推行现代学徒制、开展企业文化植入、健全合作培养机制3个方面改善订单培养质量的方案。 With the rapid development of urban rail transit construction in China, rail transit professionals are facing a huge gap. The order training mode is welcomed by many urban rail transit enterprises because the personnel training specifications are closer to the needs of enterprises. This paper expounds the advantages of the order training mode of urban rail transit, summarizes the organizational process of the order training mode of urban rail transit, analyses the problems existing in order training of urban rail transit at present, and puts forward three schemes to improve the quality of order training: implementing modern apprenticeship system, developing enterprise culture implantation and perfecting cooperative training mechanism.
