The Application Management ofClinical Pharmacists’ Use of PDCA Model to Intervene Anti-Tuberculosis Auxiliary Drugs

目的临床药师运用PDCA模式促进抗结核辅助用药的规范性、安全性和经济性。方法临床药师运用PDCA模式首先收集资料摸清抗结核辅助用药结核科临床应用中存在的突出问题,然后分析原因并制定针对性的整改措施,通过督促落实、检查和持续改进规范抗结核辅助用药应用管理。结果临床药师运用PDCA循环原理对抗结核辅助用药进行规范管理,促进了抗结核辅助用药临床应用与管理水平的提高。结论PDCA在临床药学工作中是一个可靠、科学的工作模式。

Objective The PDCA model is used by clinical pharmacists to promote the standardization, safety and economy of anti-tuberculosis adjuvant drugs. Methods The clinical pharmacist uses the PDCA model to first collect data to find out the outstanding problems in the clinical application of the anti-tuberculosis auxiliary drug tuberculosis, and then analyze the causes and develop targeted rectification measures.Supervise the implementation, inspection and continuous improvement of the application management of standardized anti-tuberculosis drugs.Results The clinical pharmacists use PDCA circulation principle to control the adjuvant medication for tuberculosis treatment, and promote the improvement of the clinical application and management of the adjuvant medication for anti-tuberculosis treatment. Conclusion PDCA is a reliable and scientific working mode in clinical pharmacy.
