Analysis and Research on Cleaning and Disinfecting Method of Multiplex Instrument

目的探究及观察不同的3种消毒方式对复用器械清洗消毒的效果,为医院复用器械选择合适的消毒方法。方法将该院2018年1—11月回收的300件被污染的金属医疗器械随机分为手工清洗组(150件)和全自动清洗组(150件),然后用荧光检测仪检验清洗程度和消毒效果,对比并分析两组清洗消毒方式的效果。结果目测方法来看,两组医疗器械的清洗效果一样,合格率均为100%;全自动清洗组清洗的医疗器械从ATP荧光检测仪数据上看,要优于手工清洗组,有效率比手工清洗组要高。结论全自动清洗清洗方式的清洗消毒效果较好,延长器械使用寿命,省时省力,适用于临床。

Objective To explore and observe the effect of three different disinfection methods on the cleaning and disinfection of reusable instruments, and to select suitable disinfection methods for hospital reusable instruments. Methods A total of 300 pieces of contaminated metal medical instruments recovered from our hospital from January,November 2018 were randomly divided into manual cleaning group(150 pieces) and automatic cleaning group(150 pieces). To compare and analyze the effect of two groups of cleaning and disinfection methods. Results according to the visual test method, the cleaning effect of the two groups of medical instruments was the same, and the qualified rate was 100%. According to the data of ATP fluorescence detector, the medical instrument was superior to manual cleaning group, and the effective rate was higher than manual cleaning group. Conclusion The method of automatic cleaning is effective in cleaning and disinfection. It prolongs the service life of instruments, saves time and labor, and is suitable for clinical use.
