摘要
目的分析医学人文教育在神经内科临床带教工作中的实践效果。方法应用数字随机法,抽取该院2017年11月—2018年11月间42名神经内科轮转的医生作为该次研究的对象,将其分为两组,即对照组21名、观察组21名。对照组使用常规的带教方式,观察组在常规带教的基础上加入医学人文教育,对比分析两组带教效果。结果观察组实习医生的道德指数、法律指数、审美指数、心理指数、文化指数分别是(40.25±2.36)分、(39.65±2.54)分、(38.52±2.84)分、(37.64±2.94)分、(41.25±2.43)分,明显高于对照组(32.54±3.65)分、(30.25±3.68)分、(30.24±3.51)分、(28.25±3.02)分、(32.64±3.65)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度97.56%高于对照组82.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学人文教育应用于神经内科临床带教工作中能够有效提高患者对医生的满意度,加强医生的人文素质,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical teaching effect of medical humanities education in neurology department. Methods By using the digital random method, 42 doctors of neurology rotation in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the objects of this study, and they were divided into two groups, namely the control group(21 cases) and the observation group(21 cases).In the control group, the conventional teaching method was used, and in the observation group, medical humanities education was added on the basis of conventional teaching. The teaching effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results Moral index, legal index, aesthetic index, cultural index, psychological index of the interns in observation group were (40.25±2.36)points,(39.65±2.54)points,(38.52±2.84)points,(37.64±2.94)points,(41.25±2.43)points, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (32.54±3.65)points,(30.25±3.68)points,(30.24±3.51)points,(28.25±3.02)points,(32.64±3.65)points. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.56%, which was higher than that of the control group(82.93%), with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of medical humanities education in clinical teaching in neurology department can effectively improve patients' satisfaction with doctors and strengthen the humanistic quality of doctors, which is worthy of promotion.
