慢性乙型肝炎患者“四时、五化、七方位”健康教育模式的实施与效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者“四时、五化、七方位”健康教育模式的效果。方法将入组患者按照配对的方法分为研究组与对照组并首次发放疾病相关知识调查问卷,研究组采用“四时、五化、七方位”健康教育模式,对照组采用传统的健康教育模式;健康教育结束后,再次发放问卷进行干预前后效果分析。结果两组数据干预前差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.19,P=0.85),干预后差异有统计学意义(Z=-0.82,P=0.000)。由此可推断,“四时、五化、七方位”的健康教育模式效果明显优于传统的健康教育。结论“四时、五化、七方位”的慢性乙型肝炎患者健康管理模式效果明显优于传统的健康教育模式,值得在临床工作中进一步推广。 Objective To study the "Four times, Five-orientation, Seven directions" in patients with chronic hepatitis B and the effect of the health education model in "Four times, Five-orientation, Seven directions". Methods The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the matched method. And the disease related knowledge questionnaire was issued for the first time. The study group adopted the "Four times, Five-orientation, Seven directions" health education model. In the control group, the traditional health education model was adopted, and after health education was finished, questionnaires were sent out again to analyze the effect before and after intervention. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention (Z=-0.19,P=0.85), but there was statistical significance after intervention (Z=-0.82,P=0.000). It can be concluded that the effect of "Four times, Five-orientation, Seven directions" health education model was obviously better than that of traditional health education. Conclusion The health management model of "Four times, Five-orientation, Seven directions" for chronic hepatitis B patients is better than the traditional health education model, and it is worth popularizing in clinical work.
