药剂科参与医院抗菌药物合理使用管理的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Pharmacy Department Participating in Rational Use Management of Antimicrobial Drugs in Hospital

目的评价药剂科参与医院抗菌药物合理使用管理的效果。方法2017年1月—2018年11月期间将住院患者240例随机分为对照组(n=120)、观察组(n=120),两组用药时,对照组行常规管理,观察组行药剂科参与管理;比较两组抗菌药物使用情况。结果观察组药物使用率34.17%低于对照组的61.67%,药物使用时间短于对照组,不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药剂科参与医院抗菌药物使用管理,可提高抗菌药物使用合理性。

Objective To evaluate the effect of rational use of antimicrobial drugs in hospital. Methods A total of 240 inpatients from January 2017 to Norember 2018 were randomly divided into control group (n=120) and observation group (n=120). Results The drug use rate of the observation group was 34.17%, which was lower than that of the control group(61.67%). The time of drug use of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. And the adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Medicine taking part in the management of antimicrobial agents in hospitals can improve the rationality of the use of antimicrobial agents.
