临床医学生化检验质量的影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors on the Quality of Clinical Biochemical Examination

目的评价临床医学生化检验质量的影响因素,以此提升生化检验效果。方法纳入该院检验科室人员和医师共50名,采用调查问卷的形式对可能造成生化检验质量受到影响的因素进行分析。结果采集和处理标本失误发生35名,比率为70%;设备和试剂检验失误30名,比率为60%;合适的实验方式错误33名,比率为66%;患者本身身体原因造成的失误32名,比率为64%;检验人员素质较差28名,比率为36%。结论导致生化检验差异的因素较多,因此临床需要通过对各个流程进行控制和管理,才能最大程度降低影响因素产生的作用,以此提升生化检验效率。

Objective To evaluate the influencing factors of the quality of clinical biochemical test, so as to improve the effect of biochemical test. Methods A total of 50 laboratory staff and physicians were enrolled in this study. Questionnaires were used to analyze the factors that might affect the quality of biochemical tests. Results There were 35 cases(70%) of sample collection and processing errors, 30 cases(60%) of equipment and reagent testing errors, 33 cases (66%) of suitable experimental methods errors, 32 cases (64%) of patients' own physical errors, and 28 cases (36%) of poor quality of inspectors. Conclusion There are many factors leading to the difference of biochemical tests, so it is necessary to control and manage each process in order to minimize the effect of influencing factors and improve the efficiency of biochemical tests.
