急诊科实施护理风险管理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Emergency Department

目的探讨急诊科实施护理风险管理的价值。方法2017年1—12月在该院急诊科患者110例作为对照组,2018年1—12月110例作为对照组,观察组常规急诊护理,观察组实施下列实施风险管理:成立护理风险管理小组、培养急诊室护理人员风险意识、制定完善常见急诊护理工作流程、完善规章制度、提升护理人员的专业技能和职业素质、强化管理急救用药及仪器、加强护患沟通履行告知义务、定期开展急救演练。结果观察组急诊科护士三基考试(95.22±1.34)分、护理文书合格率99.09%,抢救物品情况完好100.00%均高于对照组(87.65±8.25)分、91.82%、92.73%(t=3.22、6.70、χ2=8.30;P<0.05);观察组院内转运时间(13.40±3.35)min、不良事件0.91%低于对照组的(17.17±4.22)min、8.18%(t=4.12、χ2=4.67,P<0.05)。结论对急诊患者采用护理风险管理可以减少护理缺陷事件的发生,提高护理质量、合格率及满意度。

Objective To explore the value of nursing risk management in emergency department. Methods A total of 110 patients in emergency department of our hospital from January to December 2017 were taken as control group. From January to December 2018, 110 cases were served as observation group. The control group received routine emergency nursing. The observation group implemented the following risk management measures: setting up nursing risk management team, cultivating risk awareness of nurses in emergency room, formulating and perfecting common emergency nursing work flow, perfecting rules and regulations, improving professional skills and professional quality of nurses, strengthening management of emergency medication and instruments, strengthening communication between nurses and patients, fulfilling informing obligations, and conducting emergency drills regularly. Results The observation group three-basic examination for nurses in emergency department(95.22±1.34)points, the qualified rate of nursing documents 99.09%, the salvage items in good condition 100.00% were higher than those of the control group(87.65±8.25)points, 91.82% and 92.73%(t=3.22、6.70,χ2=8.30;P<0.05). In the observation group, transit time(13.40±3.35)min. adverse events 0.91% were lower than those in the control group(17.17±4.22)min, 8.18%(t=4.12,χ2=4.67,P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk management for emergency patients can reduce the occurrence of nursing defects and improve nursing quality, eligibility rate and satisfaction.
