摘要 伴随世界医药卫生体系市场经济的快速发展,我国医疗市场也产生了巨大变化,医院也正处于激烈的现代化医院市场竞争之下,其竞争根本还是在于各个医院间的人力资源竞争。因公立医院长久以来都是我国医疗领域的重要支柱,因此,新医改形势下公立医院的建设情况会给我国医疗系统产生重要影响。该文基于当前公立医院人力资源管理现状,对其存在的弊端进行了细致分析,同时提出了对应的人力资源管理改进措施。 With the rapid development of market economy in the world medical and health system, great changes have taken place in China's medical market. Hospitals are also facing fierce competition in the market of modern hospitals. The competition is basically the competition of human resources among hospitals. Since public hospitals have long been an important pillar in China's medical field, the construction of public hospitals under the new medical reform situation will have an important impact on China's medical system. Based on the current situation of human resources management in public hospitals, this paper makes a detailed analysis of its drawbacks, and puts forward a series of corresponding human resources management improvement measures.
