三升静脉输液袋在宫腔镜电切术中的应用

Application of Three-liter Intravenous Infusion Bag in Hysteroscopic Resec-tion

目的探讨宫腔镜电切术手术配合,大包装(三升袋)生理盐水在宫腔镜手术中的应用,降低宫腔镜术后感染率的发生。方法以2016年6月—2017年5月间,方便选取该院收治的采取宫腔镜电切术手术的350例患者作为该次研究的观察组,以2015年6月—2016年5月该院收治的尚未应用宫腔镜电切术三升袋之前的346例患者作为该次研究的对照组,观察组采用的是经环氧乙烷消毒的一次性输液袋盛装0.9%的生理盐水(三升袋)作为术中的彭宫液,对照组选择的是经环氧乙烷消毒的一次性输液袋盛装0.9%的生理盐水(500 mL)作为术中的彭宫液,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症发生率、手术耗时和出血量等。结果观察组和对照组相比,临床治疗总有效率分别为100.00%、94.80%,(χ^2=680.114,P=0.000);并发症发生率分别为0.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.050,P=0.031);手术耗时分别为(24.59±5.68)min、(32.58±6.57)min,出血量分别为(41.56±12.78)mL、(62.12±12.96)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=17.17,P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术中应用大包装生理盐水取得良好的治疗效果,有效降低术后并发症的发生率,缩短手术时间和减少出血量。

Objective To investigate the application of hysteroscopic resection and large-package (three-liter bag) saline in hysteroscopic surgery to reduce the incidence of hysteroscopic infection. Methods From June 2016 to May 2017, 350 patients who underwent hysteroscopic resection in our department were included in the observation group of this study. From June 2015 to May 2016, 346 patients before the three-liter bag of hysteroscopic resection were used as the control group in this study. The observation group used a disposable infusion bag sterilized with ethylene oxide to hold 0.9% saline (three liter bags). As the intraoperative Penggong liquid, the control group selected 0.9% saline (500 mL) in the disposable infusion bag sterilized by ethylene oxide as the intraoperative Penggong liquid, comparing the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients, the incidence of complications, time spent on surgery, and amount of bleeding. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of clinical treatment was 100.00%, 97.69%(χ^2=680.114, P=0.000);the complication rate was 0.00%, 1.44%,(χ^2=5.050, P=0.031);The operation time was (24.59±5.68) min,(32.58±6.57) min, and the bleeding volume was (41.56±12.78)mL,(62.12±12.96)mL (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of large-package saline in hysteroscopic resection has a good therapeutic effect, which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding.
