全方位护理在创伤骨科临床护理中的应用研究

Application of All-round Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Trauma Orthopedics

目的探讨全方位护理在创伤骨科临床护理中的应用效果。方法于2016年9月—2018年9月期间方便选取在该院进行治疗的98例创伤骨科患者进行研究,将其按照入院单奇偶号分为对照组(采取常规护理干预)和观察组(采取全方位护理干预),比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果实施护理干预后,观察组患者的疼痛感评分低于对照组患者(t=15.96,P<0.05),总体依从性93.88%高于对照组79.59%(χ^2=4.35,P=0.04);观察组患者的并发症总发生率8.16%低于对照组患者22.49%(χ^2=4.78,P=0.03);观察组患者的barthel评分明显高于对照组患者(t=12.22,P<0.05)。结论对创伤骨科患者实施全方位护理干预,可以很大程度上改善患者的疼痛感,提高治疗依从性以及日常生活能力,降低住院期间并发症的发生率,效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in clinical nursing of trauma orthopedics. Methods From September 2016 to September 2018, 98 patients with traumatic orthopedics who were treated in our hospital were convenient selected for study. They were divided into control group (conventional nursing intervention) and observation group (orientation nursing intervention) according to admission single parity, comparing the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results After the implementation of nursing intervention, the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (t=15.96, P<0.05), the overall compliance was 93.88% higher than the control group 79.59%(χ^2=4.35, P=0.04). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.16% lower than that in the control group of 22.49%(χ^2=4.78, P=0.03);the barthel score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t=12.22, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with traumatic orthopedics can greatly improve the patient's pain, improve treatment compliance and daily living ability, and reduce the incidence of complications during hospitalization. The effect is obvious and worthy of clinical application.
