上消化道早癌筛查的护理配合探讨

Discussion on Nursing Cooperation of Early Gastrointestinal Cancer Screening

目的评价和阐述上消化道早癌筛查的方法及相应护理配合的体会。方法2014—2017年采用整群抽样方法,遵循知情同意自愿原则,在40~69岁城区常住户籍居民中,组织进行免费消化道内镜检查及活体组织病理学检查。评估筛查结果并阐述相应护理配合方法体会。结果该院自2014—2017年共完成3000名调查对象,任务完成率100%。筛出上消化道早癌32例,其中胃癌17例,检出率0.57%;食管癌15例,检出率0.5%。结论内镜筛查能早期发现、早期诊断上消化道癌;在进行内镜筛查操作过程中,积极正确有效的护理配合至关重要。

Objective To evaluate and explain the methods of early gastrointestinal cancer screening and the corresponding nursing experience. Methods From 2014 to 2017, the whole group sampling method was adopted, and the voluntary principle of informed consent was adopted to organize free digestive tract endoscopy and biopsy pathological examination among resident residents of urban residents aged 40-69. Evaluate the screening results and explain the appropriate care coordination methods. Results A total of 3 000 respondents were completed in our hospital from 2014 to 2017, and the task completion rate was 100%. 32 cases of early gastrointestinal early cancer were screened out, including 17 cases of gastric cancer, the detection rate was 0.57%;15 cases of esophageal cancer, the detection rate was 0.5%. Conclusion Endoscopic screening can detect and diagnose early digestive tract cancer at an early stage. Active and correct nursing cooperation is essential during endoscopic screening.
