摘要
目的调查输血不良反应在临床中的发生情况,为有效预防并及时处理输血不良反应、促进输血管理的进一步规范提供参考。方法整群选取该院2015年1月—2016年12月间输血记录单11569份,回顾性分析输血不良反应的发生情况。结果11569例受血者中有输血不良反应记录的共53份,发生率为0.46%。输血种类中,输注血小板发生不良反应的比率最高(8.7%);输血类型中,过敏反应发生比率最高(50.9%)。结论采、供血机构均应加强输血各关键环节的管理,加强临床医生输血相关知识培训和学习,加强输血反应的监测和报告,加强输血患者出院后的随访,积极开展输血新技术、新方法,倡导自身输血,降低输血反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the occurrence of adverse reactions of blood transfusion in clinical practice, and to provide reference for the effective prevention and timely treatment of adverse reactions of transfusion and promotion of transfusion management. Methods A total of 11 569 blood transfusion records were group selection and collected from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital. The incidence of adverse reactions of transfusion was retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 53 cases of transfusion adverse reactions were recorded in 11 569 recipients, with an incidence of 0.46%. Among the transfusion types, the rate of adverse reactions to platelet transfusion was the highest (8.7%);among the transfusion types, the incidence of allergic reactions was the highest(50.9%). Conclusion The collection and blood supply institutions should strengthen the management of key links of blood transfusion, strengthen the training and learning of blood transfusion related knowledge of clinicians, strengthen the monitoring and reporting of transfusion reactions, strengthen the follow-up of blood transfusion patients after discharge, and actively carry out new blood transfusion technologies and methods. Advocate self-transfusion and reduce the incidence of transfusion reactions.
