针对原始细胞实验面临的结果不一致、可重复性差、报告不规范等问题,细胞实验系统评价/Meta分析(SRs/MAs)可较好地解决这些问题,是提升细胞实验结果对动物实验及临床研究指导价值的重要手段。但目前国内外尚无细胞实验SRs/MAs报告规范的相关研究,已发表的细胞实验SRs/MAs在设计和实施过程中均存在较多问题。因此,一个经过严谨设计、规范实施的系统评价制作标准流程对提升细胞实验SRs/MAs的质量具有重要意义。本文将详细介绍细胞实验系统评价制作流程和基本原理,以期推动国内高质量细胞实验系统评价的开展和应用。

The problems faced by the original cell experimental studies include inconsistent results, poor repeatability and non-standard reporting. Systematic reviews/Meta analyses(SRs/MAs) of cell experimental studies can solve these problems, which are important means to increase the guidance value of cell experimental study results to animal experiments and clinical researches. However, there are no relevant researches on the SRs/MAs report specification for cell experimental studies at home and abroad, and there are many problems in the published SRs/MAs of cell experimental studies during the courses of design and achievement. Therefore, a rigorously designed, standardized implementation of a production standard process of systematic reviews is of great significance to improve the quality of SRs/MAs of cell experimental studies. The production process and basic principles of systematic reviews of cell experimental studies are introduced in detail, in order to promote the development and application of domestic high-quality systematic reviews of cell experimental studies.
