经皮椎体成形术在老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者治疗中的临床疗效 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术在老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2016年4月至2018年2月收治的82例老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,依据患者病情和患者意愿分为对照组和试验组,每组41例。对照组给予非手术治疗,试验组给予经皮椎体成形术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度及生命质量。结果治疗后,试验组生命质量、疼痛程度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组上椎后缘高度、伤椎前线高度等均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组各影像学指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者实施经皮椎体成形术,可提升治疗效果。
