有氧运动和抗阻运动对心衰大鼠心功能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Aerobic Exercise Training and Resistance Exercise Training on Cardiac Function in Rats with Heart Failure

摘要 目的观察有氧运动、抗阻运动对心衰大鼠心功能的影响。方法60只SD大鼠随机选取8只作为对照组,其余52只皮下注射异丙肾上腺素建立心衰模型。造模成功后,将造模存活大鼠随机分为模型组、有氧运动组、抗阻运动组、有氧运动联合抗阻运动组,每组12只。每组按不同的运动方案进行8周后用Elisa法检测NT-proBNP指标,并计算大鼠的HMI指数。结果对照组、模型组、有氧运动组、抗阻运动组、有氧运动联合抗阻运动组的HMI指数依次为(2.44±0.23)mg/g、(3.53±0.21)mg/g、(3.11±0.23)mg/g、(3.07±0.20)mg/g、(2.86±0.15)mg/g,NT-proBNP指数依次为(96.39±18.76)pg/mL、(445.65±34.17)pg/mL、(341.22±23.23)pg/mL、(333.82±17.64)pg/mL、(290.68±14.99)pg/mL;有氧运动组、抗阻运动组、有氧运动联合抗阻运动组均可明显降低心衰大鼠的NT-proBNP、HMI指数,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);且与有氧运动组、抗阻运动组相比,有氧运动联合抗阻运动组效果更显著(P<0.05),但有氧运动组和抗阻运动组相比疗效无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论有氧运动、抗阻运动均可改善心衰,且有氧运动联合抗阻运动改善心衰的效果更显著。 Objective To observe effect of aerobic exercise training and resistance exercise training on cardiac function in rats with heart failure. Methods Eight rats were randomly selected from 60 SD rats as the control group, and the others were built for the cardiomyopathy model by subcutaneous injection of isoprenaline. After successful modeling, the model group was randomly divided into the model group, the aerobic exercise training group, the resistance exercise training group, and the aerobic exercise training combined with the resistance exercise training group, with 12 rats in each group. After 8 weeks experiment, NT-proBNP index was detected by Elisa method, and the HMI of rats was calculated. Results The HMI index of the control group, the model group, the aerobic exercise group, the resistance exercise group, and the aerobic exercise combined resistance exercise group were (2.44±0.23) mg/g,(3.53±0.21) mg/g,(3.11±0.23) mg/g,(3.07±0.20) mg/g,(2.86±0.15) mg/g, respectively. And NT-proBNP index of these groups was (96.39±18.76) pg/mL,(445.65±34.17) pg/mL,(341.22±23.23) pg/mL,(333.82±17.64) pg/mL,(290.68±14.99) pg/mL. The aerobic exercise group, the resistance exercise group, and the aerobic exercise combined with the resistance exercise group could significantly reduce NT-proBNP and HMI index in rats with heart failure, which had statistically significant difference with the data in the model group (P<0.01). Compared with the aerobic exercise group, the anti-resistance exercise group, the effect of aerobic exercise combined with the anti-resistance exercise group was more obvious (P<0.05). And the difference between the aerobic exercise group and the anti-resistance exercise group was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The aerobic exercise training and the resistance exercise training can reduce the level of NT-proBNP and HMI, which has a good effect on heart failure. And the effect of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise training is more obvious.
