关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤临床效果分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价关节镜微创手术实行在膝关节半月板损伤患者的临床效果。方法对该医院开展手术治疗的68例膝关节半月板损伤患者予以项目分析,2017年9月-2019年1月是选择时间,将随机数字表法作为分组方法,试验组(34例)实施关节镜微创手术治疗,对照组(34例)实施开放手术治疗,比对两组临床优良合计率、术后并发症合计率,统计两组术前、术后2周Lysholm膝关节评定分数及VAS疼痛评定分数。结果试验组临床优良合计率(97.06%)明显多于对照组统计值(76.47%),展示计算数值统计学意义(χ^2=6.275,P<0.05);术后2周,试验组及对照组Lysholm膝关节评定分数(90.21±4.70)分及(79.64±3.40)分显著大于术前(45.50±2.56)分及(45.62±2.60)分,差异有统计学意义(t=48.711、46.345,P<0.01),且试验组Lysholm膝关节评定分数显著大于对照组统计值,差异有统计学意义(t=10.624,P<0.01);术后2周,试验组及对照组VAS疼痛评定分数(3.20±0.55)分及(4.37±0.80)分显著小于术前(5.12±1.30)分及(5.10±1.33)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.931、2.742,P<0.01),且试验组VAS疼痛评定分数显著小于对照组统计值,差异有统计学意义(t=7.027,P<0.01);试验组术后并发症合计率(2.94%)明显少于对照组统计值(17.65%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.981,P<0.05)。结论对膝关节半月板损伤患者予以关节镜微创手术治疗的效果较优。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery on knee meniscus injury. Methods A total of 68 patients with knee meniscus injury who underwent surgical treatment from September 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital were analyzed. Random number table method was used as a grouping method. The experimental group (34 cases) underwent arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery and the control group (34 cases) underwent open surgery. The total clinical excellence and complications of the two groups were compared. Lysholm knee joint score and VAS pain score before and 2 weeks after operation were counted. Results The total rate of clinical excellence in the experimental group (97.06%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.47%), and the difference between the two groups was significant (χ^2=6.275, P<0.05). Two weeks after surgery, Lysholm knee joint evaluation scores (90.21±4.70)points and (79.64±3.40)points in the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than those before surgery (45.50±2.56)points and (45.62±2.60)points. And the difference values was statistically significant (t=48.711, 46.345, P<0.01). And the scores of Lysholm knee joints in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (t=10.624, P<0.01). Two weeks after the operation, the VAS pain assessment scores (3.20±0.55)points and (4.37±0.80) in the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than those before the operation (5.12±1.30)points and (5.10±1.33)points. And the difference was statistically significant (t=7.931, 2.742, P<0.01). The total rate of postoperative complications in the experimental group (2.94%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (17.65%), with statistical significance (chi-square value=3.981, P<0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery is effective for patients with knee meniscus injury.
