摘要
目的观察3D打印技术在髋臼后壁骨折手术治疗中的应用效果。方法观察对象为2016年9月-2018年9月该科室收治的72例髋臼后壁骨折患者,随机分组,每组36例,对照组患者给予常规手术治疗,试验组患者给予3D打印技术辅助手术治疗,对比两组效果。结果试验组患者手术时间比对照组短,术中出血量、围手术期间输血量、术中透视次数比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(t=9.53、3.80、3.19、6.30,P<0.05);试验组患者骨折复位有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的83.33%,髋关节功能恢复优良率为97.22%,高于对照组的80.56%,切口感染发生概率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.96、5.06、4.24,P<0.05)。结论髋臼后壁骨折手术治疗中应用3D打印技术效果显著,可有效提升手术效果,降低并发症发生概率,对于患者术后髋关节的恢复具有重要价值,值得借鉴采用。
Objective To observe the effect of three-dimensional printing in the surgical treatment of acetabular posterior wall fracture. Methods A total of 72 patients with acetabular posterior wall fracture were randomly divided into two groups from September 2016 to September 2018. The patients in the control group were given routine surgical treatment, while the patients in the experimental group were given 3D printing technology to assist surgical treatment. The application effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group. The amount of bleeding during operation, blood transfusion during perioperative period and fluoroscopy times during operation were less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=9.53, 3.80, 3.19, 6.30,P<0.05). The effective rate of fracture reduction in the experimental group was 97.22%, which was higher than that in the control group (83.33%). The excellent and good rate of hip joint function recovery was 97.22%, which was higher than that in the control group (80.56%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=3.96, 5.06, 4.24,P<0.05). The incidence of incision infection was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The application of 3D printing technology in the surgical treatment of acetabular posterior wall fractures is remarkable. It can effectively improve the surgical effect and reduce the probability of complications. It is of great value for the recovery of hip joint after operation, which is worth using for reference.
