On the Cultivation of Young Marxists’ “Special Characters” in the New Era

厘清青年马克思主义者的应有特质,是培养青年马克思主义者的前提。青年马克思主义者应以坚定的马克思主义信仰、高度的理论自觉自信、鲜明的实践品格、科学的思维方式和社会进步责任担当作为内在素质要求。培养青年马克思主义者,要在教育双主体、理论基础、思维能力以及培养理念创新等方面加强推进。通过提高青年群体的整体素质,增强马克思主义理论在社会主义意识形态领域的指导地位。

Clarifying the necessary qualities for young Marxists is the prerequisite for cultivating young Marxists. Young Marxists should take the firm Marxist beliefs,high theories confidence,distinct practical character,scientific thinking,and social progress responsibility as internal quality requirements. To cultivate young Marxists,we must focus on the respects of educational dual subjects,theoretical foundations,thinking skills,and training ideas and so on. By improving the overall quality of the youth group,we will strengthen the guiding role of Marxist theory in the field of socialist ideology.
