新时代高校劳动教育的多维探析

A Multi-dimensional Analysis of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

劳动教育作为德、智、体、美、劳教育体系的重要组成部分,在新时代必然具有新的内涵。地位矮化、机制虚化、内容弱化是造成当前高校劳动教育缺失的主要因素。推动新时代高校劳动教育的发展,应当坚持以马克思主义指导劳动教育实践,构建多元化的劳动教育体系,充分发挥大学生劳动教育的本体功能。

As an important part of the education system of morality,intelligence,physical education,esthetic education and love of labor,labor education must have new connotations in the new era. Dwarf status,ambiguity in mechanism,and weakened content are the main factors that cause the lack of labor education in colleges and universities. In order to promote the development of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era,we should adhere to Marxism to guide the practice of labor education,build a diversified labor education system,and give full play to the ontological functions of college students’labor education.
