摘要 对一种滑动式叶片两级可变排量机油泵的工作原理进行了介绍,机油泵主要通过调整环的滑动,改变其与转子的偏心距,进而改变叶片泵的排量。对两级变排量机油泵调整环的工作原理和受力情况进行了研究分析,并提出了设计方案,并以某一型号的机油泵为参数设计了调整环,并制造了机油泵样机,经过对机油泵的流量-压力特性、流量-转速特性、压力-转速特性等试验验证,证实搭载该该调整环的叶片式机油泵可实现变排量功能,通过对调整环的合理设计使机油泵变排量的压力控制设计更加简单,精确。 The working principle of a sliding vane two stage variable displacement oil pump is introduced. By adjusting the slip of the ring,the eccentricity of the rotor is changed,so that the displacement of the vane pump is changed. The working principle and force condition of the two stage variable displacement oil pump adjusting ring are studied and analyzed,and the design scheme is put forward. An adjusting ring is designed with a kind of oil pump as the parameter,and a prototype of the oil pump is manufactured. The flow pressure characteristics,flow speed characteristics,pressure speed characteristics of the oil pump are tested and verified. It is proved that the vane type oil pump equipped with the adjusting ring can realize variable displacement function. Through the rational design of the adjusting ring,the pressure control of the variable displacement of the oil pump is simpler and more precise.
