摘要
地铁自动扶梯由于其运行态势复杂多变,且常处于高负载、长时间的运行,故其部件经常发生故障,从而引起事故的发生,导致一定的伤亡与损失。主要讲述故障诊断技术在地铁自动扶梯状态监测方面的应用及国内外研究现状,针对现有地铁自动扶梯状态监测系统在变负载故障预警方面的不足,提出了地铁自动扶梯变负载故障预警方法。搭建地铁自动扶故障模拟试验台,通过模拟自动扶梯驱动链链轮轴承故障试验,验证了变负载故障预警方法的必要性与准确性。
Because of the complex and changeable running situation of subway escalator, and often in high load and long time running, the parts of it are often broken down, which causes accidents and leads to certain casualties and losses. This paper describes the current situation of fault diagnosis technology research and application at home and abroad in the subway escalator monitoring, aiming at the shortage in variable load fault early warning of the existing subway escalator monitoring system, put forward the subway escalator variable load fault warning method. The simulation test platform of Metro automatic support fault is set up. The necessity and accuracy of variable load fault alarming method are verified by simulating the test of chain wheel chain bearing of escalator.
