摘要
在军事设备和电气设备中,电连接器负责连接各个组件以形成完整的系统。它是组成系统的基本单元,航空设备中的电连接器触点最有可能失效并导致系统不能正常工作。重点讨论在影响电连接器众多因素中的温度和振动对不同芯数连接器的影响。利用ANSYS软件分析不同芯数电连接器的温度,振动和疲劳。结合傅里叶定律公式推导验证温度分析结果,研究结果为电连接器的可靠性分析提供了参考依据。
In military equipment and electrical equipment,electrical connectors are responsible for connecting each component to form a complete system.It is the basic unit that makes up the system, and the electrical connector contacts in the aerospace device are most likely to fail and cause the system to malfunction.This article focuses on the effects of temperature and vibration on the number of core connectors among many factors affecting electrical connectors.The results of temperature analysis are verified by Fourier’s law. The results provide a reference for the reliability analysis of electrical connectors.
