奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的疗效分析

Efficacy of olanzapine combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment of bipolar disorder manic episode

目的:分析奥氮平联合碳酸锂治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的效果。方法:选择双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者共70例,按入院编号随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组仅给予奥氮平治疗,观察组又加用碳酸锂,对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果:观察组取得较高的总有效率,且BRMS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者时,联合奥氮平与碳酸锂治疗,能够取得理想的效果,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of olanzapine combined with lithium carbonate in the treatment of bipolar disorder mania. Method A total of 70 patients with bipolar disorder manic episode were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to admission number,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine and the observation group with lithium carbonate on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate was higher in the observation group and the BRMS score was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of bipolar disorder manic episode patients,combined with Austria The treatment of azapine and lithium carbonate can obtain ideal effect and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
