促进临床合理用药的信息化实践

Promotion of information technology in clinical practice of rational drug use

目的:为建立促进临床合理用药的实践工作模式信息化管理提供参考。方法:基于某院近5年临床药学信息化管理所取得经验与成绩,总结目前临床药学中的工作经验及某院在药学中的信息化程度。结果:某院通过临床药师日常工作量化管理、临床实践专业化、药师专业培训,采用信息化对临床合理用药进行检测,实现了处方点评针对化,使药学服务于参与质量综合目标管理结合,在该模式的实施之后,某院患者抗菌药物使用率得到了大幅度下降,抗菌药物使用金额所占比例也有所下降。上报不良反应率得到了提升。结论:建立合理用药实践工作模式的信息化管理模式,有效促进医院的合理用药及安全用药。

Objective To provide a reference for the establishment of practical work to promote rational drug use patterns of information management. Method Based on the recent five years of clinical pharmacy information management achievements in our hospital work experience in information technology and the current level of clinical pharmacy. Results The hospital specialized clinical practice,clinical pharmacist routine quantitative management,pharmacists professional training,the use of information on the clinical use of drugs were detected,so that the quality of pharmacy services to participate in the comprehensive management by objectives combine to achieve a prescription for a review of in after the implementation of the model,antibiotics use in our hospital patients has been significant decline in the amount of antimicrobial agents using the proportion has declined.Reported adverse reaction rate has improved. Conclusion Rational drug use practice mode information management can effectively promote the rational use of medicines and hospital medication safety.
