苏州高新区独立学院日语专业人才培养现状——基于苏州高新区日企的调查研究

Current Situation of Japanese Talent Cultivation in Independent Colleges of Suzhou New District——According to Survey of Japanese Companies in Suzhou New District

通过对苏州高新区日企的实地走访、人物访谈和问卷调查,总结当下日企人才需求变化和日语人才培养现状,反思苏州高新区独立院校日语专业人才培养存在的问题。根据调查数据的整理和日语专业人才培养存在问题的分析而提出看法和建议,以此为独立学院日语专业人才培养提供有益的参考。

The current talent demand changes in Japanese companies and the current situation of Japanese talent cultivation was summarized by means of field visits,character interviews and questionnaire surveys of Japanese companies in Suzhou New District. On the basis,the problems in the cultivation of Japanese professional talents in colleges in Suzhou New District was reflected. According to the collation of the survey data and the analysis of the problems of Japanese professional talent cultivation,this search group putted forward some opinions and suggestions to provide some useful references for Japanese professional talent cultivation in independent colleges.
