Study on Professional Change of PE Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Countermeasures

体育教师职业流变是中小学改革与发展中面临的挑战。分析中小学体育教师职业流变的现实与影响因素,并在此基础上,从对体育教师职业流变认知方式转变、保持体育教师职业流变健康发展、改善体育教师的工作环境与待遇、注重体育教师的在职继续教育等方面,提出顺应体育教师职业流变趋势的有效措施。

The professional change of physical education teachers faces a complex challenge in the reform and development of primary and secondary schools. It is necessary to correctly understand the reality and influencing factors of PE teachers professional change. On this basis,effective measures to adapt to the trend of PE teachers professional change are put forward from the aspects of changing the cognitive mode of PE teachers professional change,maintaining the healthy development of PE teachers professional change,improving the working environment and treatment of PE teachers,and paying attention to the on-the-job continuing education of PE teachers.
