高校心理健康教育实施中的问题与对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures in Implementation of Psychological Health Education in Colleges and Universities

2018年中共教育部党组印发了《高等学校学生心理健康教育指导纲要》,对大学生心理健康教育的基本原则、主要任务、工作保障和组织实施提出明确要求。然而由于高校心理健康教育教学缺乏保障与支持,多部门责任协调困难以及心理健康教育工作者欠缺专业性等原因,高校心理健康教育在实施中仍然存在一些问题。为此,高校只有通过建设工作网络、完善课程体系和优化师资队伍等措施,才能提升心理育人质量,走出心理健康教育的困境。

In 2018,the CPC Leadership Group of the Ministry of Education issued the “Guidelines on Mental Health Education for Students in Colleges and Universities”,which set clear requirements for the basic principles,main tasks,job security,organization and implementation of the mental health education for college students. However,due to the lack of support and security in mental health education and teaching in universities,difficulties in coordination of multi-sectoral efforts,and the lack of professionalism in mental health educators,there are still some problems in the implementation of mental health education in colleges and universities. To this end,colleges and universities can only improve the quality of psychological education through the construction of work networks,improvement of the curriculum system and optimization for the teaching staff,to get out of the predicament of college students mental health education.
