摘要
近年来,高校毕业生就业问题逐渐成为社会关注的重点,毕业生在招聘面试中的表现是成功就业的重要一环。社会认知的基本维度表明,人们在交往过程中会优先凭借热情和能力两大维度衡量评估交往对象。以社会认知的基本维度为切入点,从面试官和高校毕业生人际互动的角度出发,探讨招聘面试中热情和能力的重要性,并为高校毕业生就业面试提供指导。
In recent years,the employment of college graduates has gradually become the focus of social attention. Performance of graduates in the recruitment interview is an important part of the success of employment. The basic dimension of social cognition shows that people will first evaluate the communicative object through the two dimensions of warmth and ability in the process of communication. Based on the basic dimensions of social cognition,this paper discusses the importance of warmth and ability in recruitment interviews from the perspective of interpersonal interaction between interviewers and college graduates,and provides guidance for college graduates in employment interviews.
