家庭教育中幼儿意志品质的培养——由《虎妈战歌》谈起

Cultivation of Children’s Will Quality in Family Education——Talking about Battle Song of Tiger Mother

在幼儿成长过程中,既要重视智力的培养与教育,更要认识到非智力因素如意志品质对幼儿学习和未来事业成就以及家庭幸福的重要作用。探讨当前家庭教育中对幼儿意志品质培养存在的教育理念偏差、盲目随大流报兴趣班、家庭教育方法缺乏科学性等问题,分析意志品质的培养对幼儿良好行为习惯的养成和社会性发展的重要性,并提出家长应当从树立正确教育理念、适当进行挫折教育、坚持体育锻炼、抓住幼儿兴趣点等方面对幼儿进行意志品质培养。

In the process of children's growth,we should not only pay attention to the cultivation and education of intelligence,but also recognize the important role of non-intelligence factors such as will quality in children's learning and future career achievements and family happiness. This paper probes into the deviation of educational idea,blindly following the big news,lack of scientificity in family education methods,and so on. It also analyses the importance of willpower quality for children to form good behavior habits and social development. It also points out that parents can set up correct educational idea,carry out frustration education properly,and persist in sports training. To cultivate children's will quality,we should practice and grasp children's interest points.
