统一转向架动力学研究

摘要 统一转向架是一项原创设计,集牵引和制动于一身,充分利用动力分散的优势首次从理论上实现了车钩不受力,同时解决了动车与拖车制式不同带来的设计制造、使用的一系列问题。动力学研究表明,统一转向架列车编组的车钩力只受线路不平顺的影响,明显改善了车钩的工作条件。统一转向架的动力学性能介于动车与拖车之间。 The unified bogie is an original design that combines traction and braking in one,making full use of the advantages of power dispersion for the first time theoretically achieved that the coupler is not stressed. At the same time,it solves a series of problems in design,manufacture and application brought by the difference between the motor train and the trailer system. Dynamics research shows that the coupler force of the unified bogie train group is only affected by the unevenness of the line,which significantly improves the working conditions of the coupler. The dynamic performance of the unified bogie is between the motor car and the trailer.
