摘要
对HXD2系列电力机车制动系统用三压力分配阀作用原理进行了分析,通过介绍三压力分配阀主要组成结构、功能作用原理,阐述了该阀的制动、中立、缓解功能,并结合国内运用要求,说明了对该阀进行一次缓解改造的前提、理论、具体实施过程和改造效果,通过改进设计,使三压力分配阀完全具备了二压力分配阀的作用功能,达到了和国内机车、车辆分配阀匹配应用的改造目的,也为国内机车、车辆领域分配阀的选择提供了新的方案。
In this paper,the principle of the three-pressure distribution valve used in the braking system HXD 2 series electric locomotive is analyzed in detail. By introducing the main structure and function principle of the three-pressure distribution valve,the functions of braking,neutral and mitigation of the valve are expounded. And combined with the domestic application requirements,the premise,theory,specific implementation process and transformation effect of the mitigation transformation of the valve are explained in detail. By improving the design,the three pressure distribution valve fully have functions of the two pressure distribution valve. The purpose of the transformation with domestic locomotives and vehicle distribution valves are achieved,new options for domestic distribution valve market are provided.
