摘要
通过车轮检验及在线试验,根据轮轨蠕滑理论,研究了HXD1型机车车轮空转滑行对车轮踏面剥离的影响,结果表明HXD1型机车车轮的空转滑行会引起轮轨间较大的摩擦温升,从而加剧车轮踏面剥离,并从机车牵引特性、黏着控制、防滑性能及增黏沙砾特性等角度,分析了抑制车轮空转滑行、减小车轮踏面剥离的可行性措施。
According to wheel inspection and on line test to the HXD 1 locomotive. The relationship between wheel slipping and tread spalling about HXD 1 locomotive is studied on the basis of wheel-rail rolling contact theories. According to this study,the wheel slipping on rail will produce a lot of heat on the wheel-rail contact area and make the wheel tread’s temperature rise sharply. The increase in wheel tread's temperature will decrease the strength of wheel material. This is an important factor of tread spalling. At last,the measures to reduce wheel slipping are discussed.
