摘要
货车强度设计试验载荷在中国特有的运用条件下,应体现和适应中国铁路技术进步发展。其运用冲击工况纵向载荷的确定,源于试验数据的收集积累,分析整理,数理统计,判别鉴定。文中基于中国铁路轴重21t载重60t、轴重23t载重70t、轴重25t载重80t、轴重27t载重80t级和轴重30t载重100t级系列化各型货车的冲击试验和大量的试验数据,使用数理统计方法分析了在不同冲击速度下纵向冲击载荷的分布规律,统计推断提出了中国铁路货车设计纵向载荷值。可进一步完善铁路货车标准,尤其是重载货车的设计和试验评定标准,提高货车的设计水平和运用安全。
Railway freight cars design in terms of strength,reliability and security should be commensurate with the present and future conditions of use. China's railways have witnessed tremendous changes and continued to develop. Railway car design and test provisions of the longitudinal force in use conditions unique to China,should reflect the technological advances,so as to have a reasonable value. Based on the development of Chinese railway axle load 21 t capacity 60 t,23 t capacity 70 t,axle load 25 t capacity 80 t,axle load 27 t capacity 80 t and axle load 30 t capacity 100 t series gondola cars,a great deal of impact testing has been doned. a great deal of impacting test data for the longitudinal impact load on axle load,vehicle and buffer type has been carried on the system analysis and research,using mathematical statistics method,concluded that the longitudinal load distribution under the given impact velocity and the maximum value. Therefore gives the Chinese design value recommendations on longitudinal force ,so it can improve the standard of railway freight cars,especially the evaluation standard for the design and testing of heavy haul freight cars. Improve the safety of heavy haul vehicles.
