低T3综合征与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

Progress on Relationship between Low T_3 Syndrome and Cardiovascular Disease

随着社会经济发展及人们生活节奏加快,近年来我国心血管疾病发病率呈逐年增高趋势。低T_3综合征是一种甲状腺功能异常疾病,在心血管疾病患者中较为常见。研究表明,低T_3综合征是心血管疾病的独立危险因素之一,且会在一定程度上影响患者预后。本文对低T_3综合征的概念、发病机制及其与心血管疾病的关系等进行了综述。

As social economic develops and living tempo quickens,morbidity of cardiovascular disease increases year by year in China. Low T3 syndrome is one kind of thyroid dysfunction disease,which is common in patients with cardiovascular disease. A lot of researches show that,low T3 syndrome is one of risk factors of cardiovascular disease,and can affect the prognosis to some extent. This paper reviewed the concept, pathogenesis of low T3 syndrome and its correlation with cardiovascular disease.
