骨化性气管支气管病的临床研究

Diagnosis and Treatment for Tracheobronchopathia Osteochondroplastica

目的分析骨化性气管支气管病(TO)的临床特点,以提高临床医师对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析解放军总医院近年来诊治的4例TO患者的临床资料,并总结国内文献报道的79例TO患者的临床特点。结果本院收治的4例TO患者均为男性,均经病理学检查确诊,其中3例为成年人。国内文献报道的79例TO患者中男49例,女30例;平均发病年龄为46岁;主要临床症状:咳嗽59例,咳痰39例;79例患者均经肺组织病理学检查确诊为TO。结论 TO好发于成年人,临床表现缺乏特异性,胸部CT检查有助于诊断TO,而纤维支气管镜检查和病理学检查是确诊TO的主要手段。

Objective To analyze the clinical features of tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica( TO),meanwhile to improve the clinicians’ understanding of TO. Methods Clinical data of the 4 TO patients admitted to General Hospital of Chinese People’s Liberation Army in recent years was retrospectively analyzed,and clinical features of the 79 cases of TO patients from domestic reported literatures were summarized. Results All of the 4 TO patients from General Hospital of Chinese People’s Liberation Army were male,and all of them were confirmed by histopathological examination of lung tissue,thereinto 3 cases were adults. Of the 79 TO patients from domestic reported literatures,49 cases were male,30 cases were female;the average age of onset was 46 years old;59 cases performed as cough,39 cases performed as expectoration;all of the79 cases were confirmed by histopathological examination of lung tissue. Conclusion The morbidity of TO is relatively high in adults, but it lacks of specific clinical manifestations, chest CT examination is helpful to diagnose TO, while fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination and histopathological examination are main methods for the definite diagnosis of TO.
