摘要
文章阐述了公共图书馆实施质量管理的意义,分析了构建公共图书馆质量管理体系的基本要求、内容和步骤,并总结了实施质量管理过程中应注意的几个问题。
This paper expounds the significance of implementing quality management in public libraries, analyses the basic requirements, contents and steps of constructing quality management system in public libraries, and summarizes several issues that should be paid attention to in the process of implementing quality management.
