Development,Problems and Countermeasures of Subject Service in Library

文章通过对目前高校图书馆学科化服务的发展现状进行评述,指出制约学科化服务发展的瓶颈问题,提出这些问题要从学科化服务的科学规划与设计、走特色之路、构建专业学科馆员队伍及其考核机制、加强服务主体间交流并开展嵌入式服务、完善服务联合体等六个方面进行破解。

This paper analyzes and comments on the present situation of the subject service of university libraries, and points out the bottleneck problems that restrict the development of the subject service. To solve these problems, the paper suggests that the subject service should be planned and designed scientifically, take the road of characteristic subject service, construct the professional subject librarian team and the examination mechanism of the subject librarian, strengthen the communication among everyone concerned in subject service and develop the embedded service.
