在全面分析泛在理念的基础上,揭示泛在理念与高校图书馆文化建设的内在联系,提出基于泛在理念的高校图书馆文化建设理念和实践创新思考。高校图书馆只有构建泛在阅读文化、营造泛在文化氛围、提供泛在文化服务,方能跟上时代发展潮流、赢得公众认同和读者满意。在自身持续发展的基础上,高校图书馆要积极参与学生人文素质教育,实践和引领校园文化建设,全面落实文化强国的战略部署。

On the basis of comprehensive analysis of ubiquitous learning, this paper reveals the intrinsic relationship between ubiquitous learning and the cultural construction of university libraries, and puts forward the conception and practical innovative thinking of the cultural construction of university libraries based on ubiquitous learning environment. Only by building ubiquitous reading culture, creating ubiquitous cultural atmosphere and providing ubiquitous cultural services, can university libraries keep up with the trend of the times, win public recognition and readers satisfaction. On the basis of their own sustainable development, university libraries should actively participate in students humanistic quality education, practice and lead the construction of campus culture, and comprehensively implement the strategic deployment of a great cultural nation.
