摘要
幼儿教师的专业理念与阅读指导能力是决定儿童阅读质量的关键因素。围绕儿童阅读推广人才培养,高校图书馆应分析现有馆藏文献与利用情况,从文献的收藏内容、载体、采访方式、经费等方面做出改变,优化馆藏,突出特色,建立科学合理的文献体系,满足学前教育专业人才培养的需要;以“学科化”的采访模式,把资源建设与学科服务有机统一,为学前教育专业发展做好学科服务。
Early reading is one of the teaching courses of kindergartens, and the professional conception and reading guidance ability of preschool teachers are the key factors that determine the quality of early reading. Combined with the teaching status of pre-school education major, practical teaching and theoretical knowledge of this major should be optimized. University libraries should carry out discipline service, analyze the existing literature and its use, change the literature collection content, carrier, interview methods, and funds, optimize the collection, highlight its characteristics, and establish a scientific and reasonable literature system to meet the needs of pre-school education professional training. With the subject-oriented interview mode, resources construction and discipline service are organically integrated to provide discipline service for pre-school education professional development and improve the quality of talent education and the library s literature service.
