摘要 目的:探讨不同种类非结核分枝杆菌对于氟喹诺酮类药物的敏感性。方法:收集某医院保存的7株非结核分枝杆菌,通过16SrRNA、rpoB、hsp65基因测序的方法,7株非结核分枝杆菌分别鉴定为脓肿分枝杆菌3株,堪萨斯分枝杆菌3株,塞内加尔分枝杆菌1株。用微量肉汤稀释法检测其对环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星的最小抑菌浓度。结果:脓肿分枝杆菌对3种氟喹诺酮类药物耐药,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值均≥16μg/mL;塞内加尔分枝杆菌分离株对氧氟沙星和环丙沙星耐药,MIC值均为4μg/mL。对左氧氟沙星敏感,MIC值为2μg/mL。2株堪萨斯分枝杆菌在MHB培养基中未生长,另1株堪萨斯分枝杆菌对氧氟沙星不耐药,MIC值为1μg/mL,对左氧氟沙星和环丙沙星敏感,MIC值分别为0.125μg/mL和0.25μg/mL。结论:本组临床分离株中,脓肿分枝杆菌的耐药程度高于堪萨斯分枝杆菌和塞内加尔分枝杆菌。3种药物中非结核分枝杆菌对左氧氟沙星的敏感度高于环丙沙星和氧氟沙星。 Objective:To explore the sensitivity of different non-tuberculosis mycobacteria to fluoroquinolones. Methods: Seven non-tuberculosis mycobacteria were preserved in a hospital. Through 16SrRNA,rpoB and hsp65 gene sequencing,7 non-tuberculosis mycobacteria were identified as 3 Mycobacterium abscess,3 Mycobacterium Kansas and 1 Mycobacterium Senegal respectively. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and levofloxacin were measured by broth microdilution method. Results: Mycobacterium abscess was resistant to three types of fluoroquinolone drugs,the MIC values of all 3 strains of ofloxacin were≥16 μg/mL. The MIC values of Mycobacterium Senegal isolates were 4 μg/mL for both ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin resistance. Both are sensitive to levofloxacin,with MIC values of 2 μg/mL. Two strains of Mycobacterium Kansas did not grow in MHB medium,and the other strain was resistant to ofloxacin with MIC values of 1 μg/mL and sensitive to levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin with MIC values of 0.125 μg/mL and 0.25 μg/mL,respectively. Conclusion: Mycobacterium abscess was more resistant than Mycobacterium kansas and Mycobacterium Senegal in the clinical isolates. Among the three drugs,the sensitivity of non-tuberculous mycobacterium to levofloxacin was higher than that of ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin.
