摘要 目的:根据2005年国际血液学协作组制定的41条复检规则,结合Beckman-Coulter DxH800全自动血液分析仪对异常测定结果的提示功能,对本科室血涂片复检规则部分进行验证。方法:收集患者标本500例,使用Beckman-Coulter DxH800全自动血液分析仪检测后对所有标本涂片染色,进行人工显微镜检查,计算真阳性率、假阳性率、真阴性率、假阴性率、复检率。结果:对500例标本的涂片结果进行统计学分析,真阳性率24.60%,真阴性率68.50%,假阳性率4.80%,假阴性率2.00%,复检率29.40%,验证结果显示,血液病细胞无漏检。复检规则的灵敏度为92.48%,特异度为93.46%。结论:科学合理的血涂片复检规则能提高对血液筛检试验的检出率,保证样本在所用仪器测试后异常结果的准确发放。 Objective:To verify the blood smear re-examination rules of the department according to the 41 re-examination rules formulated by the International Hematology Coordination Group in 2005,combined with the prompt function of abnormal results analyzed by Beckman-Coulter DxH 800 automatic blood analyzer. Methods: 500 specimens from outpatients and inpatients in our hospital were randomly collected. All specimens were stained with Beckman-Coulter DxH 800 automatic blood analyzer. Artificial microscopy was performed to calculate true positive rate,false positive rate,true negative rate,false negative rate and retest rate. Results: The smear results of 500 specimens were statistically analyzed. The true positive rate was 24.60%,the true negative rate was 68.50%,the false positive rate was 4.80%,the false negative rate was 2.00%,and the retest rate was 29.40%. The verification results showed that there was no missed detection of blood cells. The retest rule has a sensitivity of 92.48% and a specificity of 93.46%. Conclusion: The blood smear re-examination rules formulated by the department can meet the needs of clinical screening tests,which can ensure the accurate release of abnormal result after the instruments used.
