艾灸联合西药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic effect of Ai Acupuncture Combined with Western Medicine for the Treatment of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探讨艾灸联合西药对慢性溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析147例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床资料,艾灸联合西药治疗的75例患者为观察组,单纯服用西药治疗的72例患者为对照组,比较2组治疗前后血清炎性指标、肠黏膜评分、中医症候积分及临床疗效。结果:2组治疗前与治疗2、4、6周后IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平比较差异有统计学意义;2组治疗2、4、6周后IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平比较,观察组均低于对照组;2组治疗后Baron、组织病理学评分观察组[(3.79±1.81)分vs(4.72±2.67)分,(1.15±1.93)分vs(1.83±2.05)分]低于对照组,且均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医症候积分观察组(3.42±0.18)分低于对照组(6.34±0.25)分,且均较治疗前评分下降(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率(94.67%)高于对照组(77.77%)(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果好,值得临床推广。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Ai acupuncture combined with Western medicine for chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods: The clinical data of 147 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis were given a retrospective analysis. According to whether or not the Ai acupuncture treatment was used,they were divided into two groups. 75 patients with Ai acupuncture combined with Western medicine treatment was observation group,72 patients with simple western medicine treatment was control group. The serottoin indicators,intestinal mucosal score,Chinese medicine syndrome points and clinical efficacy were compared before and after the treatment. Results: There was statistical significance between the two groups on IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP levels after 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment and before the treatment. When compared the IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP levels after 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment,the observation group was lower than those of the control group;After the treatment,Baron,histopathology scoring of observation group were(3.79±1.81) vs (4.72±2.67),(1.15±1.93) vs (1.83±2.05),they were lower than the control group,and both were lower than before treatment ( P <0.05);The Chinese medicine syndrome point in observation group (3.42±0.18) was lower than the control group (6.34±0.25),and they were lower than those of before the treatment( P <0.05);The treatment efficiency of the observation group (94.67%) was higher than in the control group (77.77%)( P <0.05). Conclusion: For the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis,the clinical effect of Ai acupuncture is better and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
