阶段性康复护理路径对脑梗死偏瘫患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Stage Rehabilitation Nursing Pathway on Rehabilitation Enthusiasm Limb Motor Function and Life Ability of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia

目的:探讨阶段性康复护理路径对脑梗死偏瘫患者康复积极性、生活能力及肢体运动功能的影响。方法:选择100例脑梗死偏瘫的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组采用阶段性康复护理路径。比较2组康复积极性、肢体运动功能及生活能力。结果:观察组护理后8周的康复依从性、康复效能感好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理8周后肢体运动功能FMA评分[(85.89±15.37)分]高于对照组[(76.26±14.85)分],生活能力评分[(86.23±13.17)分]高于对照组[(76.76±13.12)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段性康复护理路径能够提高脑梗死偏瘫患者的康复积极性,促进肢体运动功能和生活能力的恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of stage rehabilitation nursing pathway on rehabilitation enthusiasm,living ability and limb motor function of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods: 100 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases each. The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group was given staged rehabilitation nursing. Rehabilitation enthusiasm,limb motor function and life ability were compared between the two groups. Results: The rehabilitation attitude and efficacy after 8 weeks of nursing in the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). After 8 weeks of nursing,the FMA score of limb motor function (85.89±15.37) in the observation group was higher than (76.26±14.85)that in the control group,and the life ability score was (86.23±13.17) higher than (76.76±13.12) that in the control group,with significant difference ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Stage rehabilitation nursing pathway can improve the rehabilitation enthusiasm of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia,and promote the recovery of limb motor function and living ability.
