不同滤网对颗粒物及真菌净化效果的试验研究

摘要 为优化空气净化器内不同过滤网组合的净化效率,增强空气净化器的过滤性能,测试了3种过滤网对PM0.3、PM1.0、PM2.5、PM10 微细粉尘的净化特性及除菌效果。结果表明:对于不同过滤网,质量浓度与数量浓度得到的总衰减常数存在差异,且数量浓度得到的洁净空气量略大于质量浓度得到的洁净空气量。安装初效棉过滤网的空气净化器开启30min 后,微生物数量趋于稳定,除菌率最终为86.14%。对于HEPA 高效过滤网,15 min 后,微生物数量趋于稳定,除菌率最终为93.97%。对于活性炭过滤网,30min 后,微生物数量趋于稳定,除菌率最终为53.13%。 In order to optimize the purification efficiency of different filter combinations in the air purifier and enhance the filtration performance of the air purifier, the purification characteristics and sterilization of the micro filter of PM0.3, PM1.0, PM2.5, and PM10 were tested. The results show that for different filters, the total attenuation constant obtained by mass concentration and quantity concentration is different, and the amount of clean air obtained by the quantity concentration is slightly larger than the clean air quantity obtained by the mass concentration. After the air purifier with the primary effect cotton filter was opened for 30 minutes, the microbial quantity became stable and the sterilization rate was finally 86.14%. For the HEPA high-efficiency filter, after 15 minutes, the number of microorganisms tends to be stable, and the sterilization rate is finally 93.97%. For the activated carbon filter, after 30 minutes, the number of microorganisms tends to be stable, and the sterilization rate is finally 53.13%.
