随着建筑设计技术不断的推进和创新,建筑信息模型BIM 技术在建筑行业的具体应用,是通过软件技术创建并利用数字化模型对建设项目进行设计、建造和运营管理的过程和方法,并贯穿于建筑的全生命周期。BIM 技术也突飞猛进的发展。探讨研究,结合BIM 于深圳双玺三期项目设计和施工的意义,凭模型图片和数据,并重点围绕BIM 实际项目机电工程中应用价值、工程实施、优势特点等方面,进行综合逻辑分析。BIM 技术提升设计和施工质量,促进工程设计、施工、监理、运营各阶段各环节资源高效整合,提升行业工作效率,实现可持续发展。
With the continuous advancement and innovation of architectural design technology, the specific application of BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology in the construction industry, is a process and method to create and use digital models to design, build, and operate construction projects through software technology, and runs through the entire life cycle of the building.Building Information Modeling technology has also grown by leaps and bounds. This Discussion and research,combining with the significance of BIM of design and construction in Shenzhen Shuang Yi Phase Ⅲ Project, By model images and data, and mainly around the application value, engineering implementation, advantages and other aspects in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering of BIM practical project, comprehensive logical analysis. BIM technology improves the quality of design and construction, promote the efficient integration of resources at all stages of engineering design,construction, supervision, and operation, improve industry work efficiency, and achieve sustainable development.
