4种不同基质对胡杨嫩枝扦插生根的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了探讨酒泉地区胡杨嫩枝扦插育苗技术,试验研究了商品育苗基质基、珍珠岩+草炭土(比例为5∶5)基质、沙质壤土、细河沙等4种育苗基质对胡杨嫩枝扦插效果的影响。结果表明:4种育苗基质扦插苗成活率、枝生长量、新枝数、根系生长量、新生根数差异极显著,最终成活率依次为细河沙>珍珠岩+草炭土>沙质壤土>商品育苗基质;30d枝生长量、分枝数、根系生长量、新生根数依次为细河沙>珍珠岩+草炭土>沙质壤土>商品育苗基质;60d枝生长量、分枝数、根系生长量、新生根数依次为商品育苗基质>沙质壤土>细河沙>珍珠岩+草炭土。在酒泉地区进行胡杨嫩枝扦插育苗,其基质应选取细河沙。 In order to explore the techniques of cutting seedlings of Populus euphratica in Jiuquan area, the effect of four kinds of seedling substrates such as commercial seedling substrate, perlite + grass carbon (proportion of 5∶5), sandy loam and fine sand were studied.Result shows that the survival rate, branch growth, new shoots, root growth and number of new roots of the four seedlings were significantly different. The final survival rate is fine sand>perlite+grass charcoal soil>sand loam>commodity seedling substrate;the descending order of 30 d shoot growth, branch number, root growth, and number of new roots is fine sand>perlite+grass charcoal soil>sand loam>commodity seedling substrate;the descending order of 60 d branch growth, branched number, growth of root system and number of new roots is commercial seedling substrate > sandy loam >fine sand> perlite + grass charcoal soil. In the Jiuquan Area for cutting of Populus euphratica , the substrate should be selected from fine sand.
