反式聚异戊二烯接枝马来酸酐的制备及应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用熔融法制备反式聚异戊二烯(TPI)接枝马来酸酐(MAH)(TPI-g-MAH),并与聚异戊二烯橡胶(IR)并用,研究IR/TPI-g-MAH并用胶的微观形态和物理性能。结果表明:以过氧化二异丙苯为引发剂的接枝产物TPI-g-MAH的差示扫描量热(DSC)曲线由未接枝TPI的DSC曲线的双峰分布转为单峰分布;与IR/TPI胶料相比,IR/TPI-g-MAH胶料的正硫化时间缩短,硫化胶的界面相容性和白炭黑分散性改善,物理性能和耐磨性能提高。 Maleic anhydride(MAH)grafted trans-polyisoprene(TPI)(TPI-g-MAH) was prepared by melting method and blended with isopreneisoprene rubber(IR). The morphology and physical properties of IR/TPI-g-MAH blend were studied. Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) analysis results showed that the two thermal transitions of TPI/MAH before grafting changed into a single thermal transition for the grafted products TPI-g-MAH using DCP as an initiator. Compared with IR/TPI compound,the optimum cure time of IR/TPI-g-MAH compound was reduced,and the interfacial compatibility,the dispersion of silica,the physical properties and wear resistance of the vulcanizate were improved.
