摘要 目的探讨高功率雷达微波辐照对大鼠肝功能的影响。方法选择雄性SD大鼠24只,随机分为微波辐照组、CCl4肝损伤组、阴性对照组,每组8只。微波辐照组采用高功率雷达微波辐照,CCl4肝损伤组腹部皮下注射60%CCl4橄榄油溶液0.3mL/100g体质量,阴性对照组置于与微波辐照组同等位置,但不予微波辐照。建模结束,眶后静脉丛取血,检测血清ALT、AST、总胆红素(TBil)、总胆红素(ChE)、白蛋白(Alb)。断颈处死,迅速分离肝组织,采用免疫组织SP法检测骨桥蛋白(OPN)表达。结果微波辐照组和CCl4肝损伤组血清ALT、AST、TBil水平均明显高于阴性对照组,血清ChE、Alb水平均明显低于阴性对照组(P均<0.05);而微波辐照组与CCl4肝损伤组上述指标比较P均>0.05。微波辐照组、CCl4肝损伤组肝组织OPN阳性表达只数均明显高于阴性对照组(P均<0.05),而微波辐照组与CCl4肝损伤组比较P均>0.05。结论高功率雷达微波辐照可导致大鼠一定程度肝功能损伤。 ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of microwave radiation with high power on the liver functions of rats. Methods Twenty-four male SD rats were selected and divided into three groups randomly, with 8 rats in each group. The rats in the microwave radiation group were irradiated by microwave with high power. The rats in the CCL 4 liver injury group were injected with 60% CCl 4 olive oil solution into abdomen subcutaneously by 0.3 mL/100 g body mass. The negative control group was placed in the same position as the microwave irradiation group, without microwave radiation. After the establishment of animal models, blood was collected from posterior orbital venous plexus. Then, the serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBil), total bilirubin (ChE), and albumin (Alb) were detected. The rats were killed, and the liver tissues were separated quickly. The positive expression of osteopontin (OPN) was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The levels of serum ALT, AST and TBil in the microwave radiation group and CCl 4 liver injury group were significantly higher than those in the negative control group, and the levels of serum ChE and Alb were significantly lower than those in the negative control group (all P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the microwave radiation group and CCl 4 liver injury group (P>0.05). The positive expression of OPN in the liver tissues of microwave radiation group and CCl 4 liver injury group was significantly higher than that of the negative control group (P<0.05). No significant difference was found in the expression of OPN between the microwave radiation group and CCl 4 liver injury group (P>0.05). Conclusion Microwave radiation with high power can cause the liver function injury in rats to some degree.
